Gabriela Martel

Gabriela Martel is undertaking an internship with us as part of her Undergraduate Studies of Public and Social Administration at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, in Porto Alegre (Brazil). She works at Porto Alegre’s City Hall Local Governance Office, and alongside the Citizenship and Sustainability Network coordinator she assists in the promotion of social development in the city’s vulnerable communities.

During her undergraduate studies Gabriela spent one semester (2014) studying and researching social policies at Sciences Po Grenoble (France). In the second semester of 2016 she will be traveling overseas on a scholarship to write her thesis at Ca’ Foscari Università di Venezia (Italy).
