Graduate in Economic Sciences and Businesses by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid .Master in Cooperation for Development by International. Institute Ortega y Gasset ; Master in Management of Non for Profit Organizations and  Doctorate Studies in Sustainable Development at the Phd Program at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Career with extense experience in both private sector  expertise in Strategic Financial Planning and Consolidation in Spanish Multinational companies like Grupo PRISA, Sogecable , or Telefonica Media Holding Group, before joining  the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation for Development of Spain. Coordinator of Strategic Planning at the Directorate of Planning and Evaluation of the Secretary of State of Cooperation, is responsible for different areas of the Spanish development policy, such as : Public-Private policies for Development, Inclusive Growth, Policy Coherence for Development. Worked in the launching of the First Spanish Financial Institution for Development: FONPRODE.

In Multilateral organizations has been Official Representative of Spanish Government to the OECD for the Peer Review Evaluation process of the British Development policy in 2009, and for the Poverty Reduction Network POVNET and part of the team who defined the Terms of Reference of the economic governance window of the UNDP Millenium Development Goals Fund in 2008.

In 2013 he joins United Nations Global Compact as Head of Local Networks for Americas region at its Head Quarters in New York , mobilizing business community in the region to embrace a principles based approach to engage in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in the region, joining Local Networks and partnering with public institutions, Un Country Teams, Civil Society and Academy. Organizes Sides Event of Business contribution to the SDG at ECLAC Sustainable Development Forum in 2017 and 2018 and at the High Level Political Forum in New York in same years.

In December 2018 joins UN Global Compact Cities Program as Head  – Local Engagement launching the UN Global Compact Cities Program Office in Madrid.
